ASCENDA Foundation is dedicated to fostering inclusive communities where teens and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities thrive. We achieve this by providing comprehensive transition services, including independent living support, career training, and social skills development, empowering individuals to achieve independence, contribute meaningfully, and experience a sense of belonging.
