Programs Designed for Real Life
Specialized Transition Programs
Our comprehensive transition programs empower young adults with Autism, ADHD, and other learning differences to achieve success in college, employment, and independent living.
Through hands-on teaching and modeling, we equip transitioning youth and adults with essential skills to manage their own households. Participants practice and generalize competencies for greater independence.
Independent Living Support
We offer engaging and interactive activities designed to promote healthier routines, encouraging a more balanced lifestyle and overall well-being. Participants learn how to integrate fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness into their daily lives.
Physical and Mental Health
Our job readiness training includes resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and professional guidance to prepare participants for entering the workforce with confidence and success.
Career Preparation
Participants gain valuable experience by engaging in individualized employment pathways. These opportunities help build a professional portfolio, fostering skills and connections to support long-term career goals.
Internship Opportunities
We provide targeted support to help young adults with Autism and learning differences build self-confidence and develop meaningful relationships. Our social skills programs encourage participants to connect and thrive in various social settings.
Social Skills Support
Through unique opportunities in the arts, participants can express themselves creatively, explore their talents, and build confidence in their abilities. Our programs foster self-expression while nurturing individual artistic growth.

ASCENDA and Avanzos came together for a meaningful mission experience at Hospicio de San Jose in Manila, Philippines. What began as a visit became an opportunity to serve, connect, learn, and share moments of joy with a community of incredible individuals.
